Who We ARE

The Anthony Harris Foundation is a nonprofit fighting inequity within Americas youth.


Since the Foundation’s inception in 2021 we helped serve over 2000 families and provided over $350,000 in resources to the community.

The Anthony Harris Foundation provides our youth with support, guidance and opportunity through educational advancement, sports, mentorship, food security and distribution of resources.

ANthony harris: Background

Empowerment

Anthony Harris has always had a heart for giving back. This comes with his experience at a young age, seeing his family and community rally behind him, doing anything they can to put him in a position to succeed. Because of this, he grew up understanding the importance of helping and supporting those in need.  

Early Years

Harris attended Lloyd C. Bird High School in Chesterfield, Virginia, where he played quarterback, wide receiver and defensive back (two-time All-state and All-region selection).


 Harris committed to play college football at the University of Virginia where he played for the Virginia Cavaliers football team from 2011 to 2014. He started 35 of the 49 games he played at Virginia. Harris ended his collegiate career with 289 tackles (145 solo and 6 for loss), 11 interceptions, 2 sacks, 2 forced fumbles and 19 passes defensed. His 11 interceptions tied him for No. 10 all-time in program history.
